When you create a meeting room, you can associate it with one of the service providers available to you. The service provider associated with a meeting room determines how participants call in to the meeting. One service provider option that might be available is one in which a telephone number and passcode are provided. With this option, everyone joining the meeting room manually calls in to the meeting. The meeting room owner and managers can change the call-in information associated with a meeting room.
You change call-in information from the the IBM

- Open the Service Provider preferences.

|Sametime Connect||Click File -> Preferences.|
|Lotus Notes||Click File -> Preferences and then click the plus sign + beside Sametime in the navigator. |
- Click the plus sign beside Voice and Video and then click Service Providers.
- Select the service provider whose call-in information you want to change.
- For Call-in Information, update the telephone number and passcode for the call.
- Click OK.
