If you have video capabilities available in your meeting room, you can start a video call to both hear and see meeting participants.
Video is available in meeting rooms under the following circumstances:
- You administrator has made video available to you.
- The meeting room owner included video when the meeting room was created.
- You have a Webcam plugged into your computer.
- Participants join the audio call by clicking in the Voice and Video area of the meeting room.
Your video service provider determines the number of meeting room participates who can be part of a video call.
The meeting room owner or manager must click
first, before other meeting room participants, to establish the call connection. In addition, at least two participants with a Webcam must join the call before video will start broadcasting for all participants.
In the meeting room, click
All video participants will be automatically connected to the video.
