Once a presenter sends a poll during a meeting and the recipients respond, the poll results are automatically saved to the Discussion area of the meeting room. You can also create a meeting room report, which includes poll results.
In the Poll Results dialog box, when you see that all recipients have responded, click Save Results and Close
No one can post any responses to the poll once it is closed.
When you are in a meeting room, see the poll results in the Discussion area of the meeting room. You can also click Room Tools
-> Create Meeting Report
to create a meeting room report, which includes the poll results.
