You can add files and links stored on your Apple device to the meeting room library for other participants to work with.

You can join a meeting through a URL in another application or by entering it directly in the IBM® Meetings app.

Meetings can be joined by selecting a room in the Scheduled Meetings list, Favorite Rooms list, Recent Rooms list, My Rooms list or Search results or by using the Join by URL feature.

You can participate in a meeting by viewing the content being shared by the presenter, displaying those who have joined the room, viewing and sending discussion items, and sharing documents from the library.

If you encounter problems while using IBM® Sametime® Meetings, you can easily send your log files to IBM support for help.

The meeting participants are displayed in the Participants view.

You can log in, change your status, and set up alerts that notify you when others become available.

Using the Chats tab on the main application, you can view and organize open and closed chats by date, search through your chats by name, and delete older chats.
