Hi,
I have group of people set under Roles which all of them have the access to create Lotus Notes documents. Supposely, after each user finishes created the document and save, it will automatically route to his own Head of Department only (as what I've set under Department).
But the weird thing is, I received several complains that sometimes, the document would route to everybody under that group, it's just that they cannot edit the document but they do receive the email notification.
I cannot trace any causes to this condition, does anyone know? And how do I overcome the problem?
