Hi,
I'm trying to figure out how to use OS Audit Form. I've created a form that flows through a workflow, at each stage a user ticks a radio button to either approve or reject what's on the form. I'd like to use the audit trail so that I can assign into a text field the user that has ticked approve at different stages of the workflow, so e.g the 5th stage in the workflow would see 4 text fields that show 4 different user names of who have approved different stages. What code do I put in each field?
