Hi,
We recently developed a Workflow solution for our customer and delivered it.
The deployment is in progress and we face a problem here.
The request is generated and goes to the next person. The canonical person name is there in the ExpandedParticipantAuthorOS as well as in the Particpant OS. But he is not able to see the "Claim and Edit" button.
At the same time, if the process owner opens the request, he could see it properly, rightly so.
As the application is in the Deployment server, we dont get the direct access to modify it frequently and see the effect or debug it in a micro level.
Still we checked all the values in the document, using remote access and all the values are proper. I mean the names at the appropiate fiels and all are canonical only.
Can anybody list down the probable causes and if possible solution to resolve this?
