Hi,
We have two address book. No Directory assistance is setup. Both are typical NAB db. I have same person documents in both the NAB.
A X person document has the fullname list like:
XYZ
CN=XYZ/OU=YY
1234
I create a workflow request, select X as the next approver and submitting. I can see the fullname(0), that is XYZ in the ExpandedParticipantAuthorOS field.
Its a web application and I log in as X now. Able to see the document with ClaimandEdit button. I clicked the same, The document Opens in the Edit mode. Till now everything is ok.
After I fill the necessary details, When I submit, it does nothing and the document becomes readmode.
The values are:
Activity : Same as when it was claimed
ActivityOwner: X
ExpandedParticipantAuthorOS: ""
FolderStatusOS: ReadytoRoute
I ran the background agent manually..nothing...doing..
May I know whats the problem.
The same workflow works fine, for the users whose fullname reads like (conventional)
CN=YY/OU=ZZ
YY
Is Workflow takes only the Canonical Name format? Even if the fullname(0) is not canonical?
Can anyone identify Whats the problem and if possible solution too...
