Greetings Gentlemen!
Need your help in solving this new issue we have encountered.
Some time ago we have introduced a new way for adding documents to workflow: a database where a new worflow document is created and then mailed via @MailSend into the mail-in database (which is workflow application). This works and new docs are created. The only problem exists is that OS Audit Form documents created in this way have the initiator field empty!
How can I fix it?
May be the reason is that the mailed document should have From field or some other field not empty?
Where can I set the fields which are created in Audit Form document when a new job is created?
