Workflow Process lost

Lotus Workflow Architect 6.5.1; 3.0.1; 3.0 Windows XP
Hello,
i have a big problem with my Workflow architect.
I am a trainee in the second year and get a project to
create a database which would be use worldwide.
I created the workflow and then my process was lost.
After that i thought there was a problem with the server
so i created the workflow one more time.
But now the same problem again!
The prozess is missing!
I've checked the links in the Profile, everything is right.
Might it be possible that, inactive processes ( i don't activate the process because it was not ready) getting lost after a time?
I created also a replice on my local harddisc (notebook)
but there also: the process is missing!
Has anybody a solution for this problem?
There is only one month left to complete the database!
If anybody know how to rebuild the process or how to
stop that i is going lost, might be helpful!
