Hello there, I'm just starting out with Domino WorkFlow and I'm attempting to adapt a home-grown workflow practice for use in DWF 3.0.1. Using plain Notes I present the request initiator with a list of things that can be requested (in this case access to various IT systems). The process would work such that a single document could have many single line-items each of which could be approved or denied. I have an idea of how to understand this in a DWF context but I don't yet know how to implement it. I'm hoping someone here can help.
It might be easiest to think of this like a shopping list - some items may be crossed out (denied) while the rest remain (approved) and are purchased (continue on through the workflow process). I think this means I have to split the binder whenever some items are approved, denied or no action. I don't know how to implement that.
