Hi,
If I have a workgroup with several members and I assign that workgroup as an Activity owner. When the job gets to that activity and all the members get an email, how do I stop all of them going in and claiming the activity? Or, how do I "lock" the job once the first person goes in and claims the activity? Are there possible workarounds other than putting one person in each workgroup?
