Hi All,
I have a work flow in Lotus notes that I use for approvals. It works but the issue is that if I set an account as an approver in more than one step with other approvers in between, it skips all the approvers in between and routes to the next occurence of the first approver. ( Eg If in the workflow approver A is to approve a step and afterwards aprover b and C approves, and I set approver A as the final approver. If approver A approves in the first instance, it then skips approver B and C and defaults back to approver A who can then close the request)
Pls kindly advise on what to do. I am new to lotus workflow, so any help will be appreciated
