Hi all,
I have a problem. My users are using a LWF application and usually it works normally. Recently, one of the user found that her application status has not been updated. I found that the fields (such as ActivityOS) were updated correctly but not the one displayed for users.
Those fields displayed for user (for example, status, history log) will be updated in PostActivityComplete function. I wonder if there is some script have problem so that have such errors. But it seems it works properly because the last statement before save is sending email and the email was sent.
I also wonder why other user have no problem but only she. I have no clue now. Appreciated if you could give me some clue... many thanks...
