I am using Domino Workflow tool on web. We found a document that was created using (OS ERRORLOG) form and there was a message something like "....agent coudnt find sucessor activity.."(not sure of exact wordings of the error message). Also this document was deleted automatically afterwards.
Why this document might have been created?.
This is very urgent.Any help is appreciated.
