Hi Raju,
Is the routing direct, from activity A to Activity B, or do some automated activities intervene? How often does the workflow backgrounder run? How long is the permitted run time for scheduled agents on the application server, perhaps this is set very restrictive? How many binders are handled in the application? This may influence the number of runs needed by the backrounder to handle all the binders.
