SEO - JavaScript files

I am doing so SEO on an XPages app.

For now I have loaded JavaScript files via a Theme design element and enabled the optimize resources option to make on chunk file for all CSS / JavaScript files.

However this places the file in the HEAD section, so I assume it gets loaded in the beginning of the document (before loading the body element of the page).

For SEO reasons I would like to load the JS references just before closing the body element. If I load the scripts individually sometimes 1 or 2 files take so much response time that they exceed the load time when loading as an aggregated/optimized resource.

Is there an option to enable both options (loading at end of document, optimized) ?
