View picture from RichTextLite

I'm a bit new in xPages .. but I built my first xPage application very fast. I have a little "Phonebook" created with names and phone numbers. Also I stored (via Notes Client) a picture for each entry in a "RichText Lite" field to view a thumbnail on open the document.

Now I put all my fields from the connected source (Notes Form) into the xPage, the Richtext Lite field is put in as Richtext field.

But if I open the xPage all data appear .. but not the picture.

Any idea how to view this picture in the xPage ?

Since this is web the way to view a picture is with something like an image control or a link with an image attached.  So you basically need to be able to computer the URL to the attached file.  This isn't really an XPages computation I don't think.  It was often done in classic domino web and that still works.
