You are not notified when someone sends you a Connections Cloud Chat message because your browser is set to not allow pop-ups.
You cannot use Audio/Video in Meetings because A/V controls are blocked by a browser's pop-up blocker.
1. Check to make sure your browser supports IBM Connections Cloud. Check the browser's supported here
2. Enable your browser to allow pop-ups Connections Cloud web sites. Instructions that follow are for IE and FireFox browsers. Adapt these instructions if you are using
a different browser.
