Since Nov.2015 new feature named "AV Policy" was introduced for Chat and Meetings
Customer tried to activate the feature for all users in organization and submitted to LLIS.
Admin confirmed he is able to view the AV policy in admin UI around Dec.2015
However since Mar.2016, the AV Policy is displaying as "disabled" when checking from admin UI and he is unable to modify the setting.
The problem has been reported to development team and RTC ticket #194749 has been created. Fix deployed on SmartCloud Connections AP data center at May.8 2016.
Admin is able to see correct status of "AV policy" and he can modify the setting now, by appending "&features=2" to the SmartCloud Connections admin URL, i.e.:
