How do I change my password? How can I recover from a forgotten password?
To change your password, use the steps in Modifying your account settings. If you have forgotten a password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the Log In page to reset your password.
Administrators should refer to Resetting login passwords and Resending invitations to help users with password tasks.
For a Community, how do I manage users (add users, edit users, or remove users)?

How can I customize my Community? I would like to add a forum or subcommunity.
You use apps to customize a community. For general steps, refer to Adding apps to your community.

How do I alter Community settings and themes?
Start with Customizing your community so you can distinguish it from other ones. Of if you are the administrator and would like to customize the information for your organization, refer to Customizing your brand identity.
For an Activity, how do I manage users (add users, edit users, or remove users)?

How do I export activity data to share with others?

I have trouble with the chat feature. How can I troubleshoot?
An expired password is a common cause; refer to Unable to Access Sametime due to incorrect log on. If you need to know how to get started with chat, select Chat in the dashboard to load the chat client, then access the help file.
I am unable to find a person by searching in the Organization directory. What affects the directory search?
Administrators can have all users publicly listed in the directory, have only specific users listed publicly, or allow each user to decide whether they want to be publicly listed. See Allowing users to be listed in the Organization Directory.
