These videos are from a webinar hosted by TLCC and GBS in November, 2011.  The webinar description is:
 
Take your XPages to the next level with this new webinar, XPages Goes Relational!  Learn how XPages can access relational databases just as easily as Domino data in this exciting new seminar.  Andrejus Chaliapinas, a Senior Software Developer at IBM in the XPages development team in Ireland will discuss the new relational database support in the 8.5.3 Extension Library (available on OpenNTF.)  He will cover how to install the Extension Library and then how to use the new controls in this new version of the Extension Library to quickly access, update, write and delete data from relational databases.  He will also cover the new @Functions in Server Side JavaScript that allow for programmatic access to relational data.
