AIDSC0033E: Could not initialize framework in Ssametime system Console 9

Dear All,

Facing this issue with Sametime System Console 9.0.

I can see this error as soon as I logged in the ISC console.

AIDSC0033E: Could not initialize framework.

Any idea what is going wrong.
